New author biographies

The new author biographies we added earlier this month to cryptograms.org have proved to be something of a hit – so we’ve expanded them with just over 500 new bios and images this morning.  Now every author that has more than 2 puzzles attributed to him/her has a proper biography (except for a handful of authors we’re still not able to definitively identify).
